Strat 2 Hums - Solid Shiny Black .090" / 2.29mm thick, with bevelled edge
This pickguard was designed in the 1970's when many players were removing the single coil pickups and routing the body to install a humbucker in both bridge and neck positions. This pickguard comes with two standard size covered humbuckers, and the mounting hole pattern will only fit genuine USA production Fender Stratocaster from 1964 to current or post 2002 Mexico production. It will not fit Squier, Fender Japan, Korea, Indonesia or China production instrument. Distance to the bridge pickup from bridge cutout is 3/8 in. This is not a current Fender Stratocaster production guard due to humbucker locations and cut out shapes. For current Fender production of H-H or H-S-H pickup pattern see the STBA-200 series pickguard template. Please note: This model pickguard will NOT fit the new Fender Blacktop series guitars. For that pick guard model you must order STBT-2XX.
